Cozy Inn OTARU

Location was very convienent and easy to find via google maps. The iconic dark brown and white or beige trim was exactly like the pictures that I saw online. The host, she was amazing, took time out of her day to show me how to gain access to the key and the room was just as you see in the pictures. The building structures are made from shipping containers and the interior rooms are very confortable, spacious as one can be in the units! Also don't hear your neighbors, the units are well insulated and double pained glass.

Clean, and met all of our needs staying two nights in Otaru. Clever system to minimise the need for a staff. Yet whenever I saw a staff around, they were helpful and polite. A rollaway bed and pullout sofa were available as options to set up an additional bed as we traveling with two young children.

Clean and spacious. A little walk from the canel but is still manageable. Free and ample parking which was a bonus.
